Insurance company actuary gets 4BD in Chesterfield

Jinshan Wang and Luna Zong bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1882 Cedarmill Dr. in Chesterfield from Myra F. Styffe for $293,000 on Nov. 3.

The 2,448-square-foot house was built in 1976 in the South of 64 neighborhood.

Zong is an actuarial intern at RGA Reinsurance Company.

She attended Maryville University of St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 515 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $302,000.
