Architecture firm partner sells Webster Groves 3BD

Gene L. Kiernan and his wife, Kay, sold a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 417 Rosedale Place in Webster Groves to Michael Silverman and his wife, Katherine, for $377,000 on Nov. 4.

The 2,032-square-foot house was built in 1928 in the Webster Groves North neighborhood.

Mr. Kiernan is a partner at Kiernan Development, an architecture and planning firm.

He attended Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 369 home sales in Webster Groves during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $189,250.
