Washington University professor sells 4BD in Chesterfield

John S. Bunderson and his wife, Maren, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 112 Brighthurst Dr. in Chesterfield to Rajeswari Palanichamy for $377,700 on Nov. 4.

The 2,574-square-foot house was built in 1994 in the South of 64 neighborhood.

Mr. Bunderson is an associate professor of organizational behavior the Washington University Olin Business School. Previously, he taught at the University of Minnesota and Brigham Young University. He had also worked at PepsiCo in organizational and management development and he studied change management at Allina Heath System.

He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Brigham Young University and his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 520 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $303,950.
