Radiologist opts for 5BD in Chesterfield

Dr. Michael J. Stadnyk and Cheri L. Stadnyk bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 36 Chesterfield Lakes Road in Chesterfield from Donn and Lucille Streiler for $740,000 on Oct. 1.

The 3,628-square-foot house was built in 1977 in the South of 64 neighborhood.

Dr. Stadnyk is a radiologist with Scott Radiological Group and a medical director at the Cancer and Breast Institute. He is also an adjunct professor in the department of radiology at St. Louis University Hospital.

He received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. He obtained further training in general surgery at Truman Medical Center and in radiology at St. Louis University Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 516 home sales in Chesterfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,500.
