Narinder and Raminder Makkar have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 720 Turrentine Trail in Creve Coeur for $534,900.

The Makkars paid $474,087 for the property in Nov. 2004. The 4,155-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Creve Coeur West neighborhood. Helen Chou of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Makkar has been a real estate developer at Makkar Properties. Prior to that, he served as a senior scientist at Monsanto.

He holds a Ph.D. in microbiology from the University of Bradford.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 217 home sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $256,250.
