Peter Fusz bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 9220 Merritt Ave. in Rock Hill from Fannie Mae and Federal National Mortgage for $314,900 on Nov. 4.
The 2,662-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the North of Manchester Road neighborhood.
Fusz has been the general manager of the Lou Fusz Auto Network. He has also been a member of the board of directors at America SCORES Inc. and HavenHouse St. Louis.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 101 home sales in Rock Hill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $156,000.
