Dr. Corinna H. Warren and her husband, David, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 19 W. Ladue Estates Dr. in Creve Coeur from Herbert and Itta Hyman for $550,000 on Nov. 10.

The 2,977-square-foot house in the Creve Coeur East neighborhood was built in 1959. It was listed on the market for as much as $589,000 by Jason Hyman of Mariposa Real Estate Group of Missouri.

Dr. Warren practices internal medicine and emergency medicine. She is affiliated with Saint Anthony's Health Center-Alton and Alton Memorial Hospital.

She received her M.D. from the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Medicine. She completed her residencies at the Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes Jewish Hospital.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 218 sales in Creve Coeur during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $261,000.
