Mahesh and Shraddha Kumthekar bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 17853 Wilderness Cliff Court in Wildwood from Dewayne and Susan Deng for $388,000 on Nov. 17.

The Dengs acquired the property for $395,000 in Dec. 2008. The 2,454-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Wildwood Northeast neighborhood.

Mr. Kumthekar has served as a director at MEMC Electronic Materials, which manufactures and sells wafers and related products to companies in the semiconductor and solar industries. Prior to that, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., and as a SCM and operations manager at Eaton Corp., a power management company. He has also worked at Ford Motor Co., and Impco Technologies.

He attended the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, Ohio State University and the University of Mumbai.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 459 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median price of $310,000.
