The 2,189-square-foot Unit #D is part of Central Pointe, a development in the West of Hanley Road neighborhood.

Dr. Moshiri is an orthodontist with his own private practice in St. Louis. He has also been teaching post-graduate orthodontics for more than 30 years.

The St. Louis native attended Emory University, where he earned a B.S. in neurobehavioral biology. He obtained his D.M.D. and M.S. from the University of Louisville.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 103 condo sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $344,000.
