Product strategy director lands 4BD home

Susan M. Ratz bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 12957 Walnutway Terrace in Unincorporated St. Louis from Kirk and Tammy Vogler for $364,000 on Nov. 23.

The Voglers bought the property for $293,000 in Sept. 2003. The 2,501-square-foot house was built in 1988 in the Regal Green subdivision.

Ratz has served as the senior director of product strategy at Express Scripts in North Carolina. She has served in senior marketing and business development roles at Hanes and Sara Lee and she aworked at the Federal Reserve Bank-St. Louis as a bank examiner.

She graduated from St. Louis University.

Mr. Vogler is the chief financial officer of Seaborne Airplanes, which operates domestic services within the Virgin Islands and to Puerto Rico. He was a regional controller at Anixter, a global supplier of communications and security products.

He earned a B.S.B.A. in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1993.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 333 home sales in Unincorporated St. Louis during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
