Ms. Bournstein is active in the fund-raising efforts of Rossman School and is a troop organizer for the Girl Scouts.

She earned her B.A. in art with a minor in business and computer science in 1990 from Stephen's College in Columbia, Mo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 463 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
