Ricky L. Draehn and his wife, Tracie, sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1111 Courtwood Circle in Unincorporated Ballwin to Sirva Relocation Credit LLC for $475,000 on Dec. 22.

The Draehns paid $432,000 for the property in Aug. 2002. The 3,249-square-foot home was built in 1991 in the Manors of Town subdivision.

Mr. Draehn is a senior director of supply chain management at ConAgra Foods. He most recently served as a group director at Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. and as an engineer at Fluor, Halliburton and Daniel Industries.

He has a B.S.E.E. from Texas Tech University and an M.B.A. in finance from Creighton University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 51 home sales in Unincorporated Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,450.
