Dr. Keith A. Kronemer and his wife, Susan, bought a six-bedroom, five-bath home at 29 Lake Forest Dr. in Richmond Heights from Isaak I. Dore and his wife, Caroline D. Toft, for $855,000 on Dec. 29.

Dore and Toft paid $999,999 for the property in Nov. 2007. The 4,653-square-foot house was built in 1938 in the Richmond Heights North neighborhood.

Dr. Kronemer practices radiology and pediatric radiology at the Washington University School of Medicine Department of Neurology. He is also affiliated with Barnes Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Children's Hospital.

He received his M.D. from the Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital.

Mrs. Kronemer worked at AT&T Advanced Solutions Inc.
