Cardiologist, nephrologist sell 4BD in Ballwin

Dr. Toniya Singh and Dr. Inderjit Singh sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 843 Courtwood Lane in Unincorporated Ballwin to Jennifer Tilly for $475,000 on Dec. 31.

The Singhs bought the property for $365,000 in July 1999. The 2,950-square-foot house was built in 1993.

Dr. Toniya Singh is a cardiologist with St. Louis Heart and Vascular. She is also on the staff at Christian Hospital Northeast, DePaul Health Center and Gateway Regional Medical Center.

Born in New Delhi, she earned her M.D. from the University of New Delhi Lady Harding Medical College. She completed her residency and fellowship at St. Louis University Hospital.

Dr. Inderjit Singh is a nephrologist at DaVita Dialysis in Crystal City. He is also affiliated with Jefferson County Dialysis in Festus and Metro Hypertension Kidney Center in St. Louis.
