Dr. Karl J. Orscheln and Jennifer M. Orscheln bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 1731 Timber Ridge Estates Dr. in Wildwood from Catherine A. Bowerman for $290,000 on Dec. 31.

The 2,192-square-foot house was built in 1991 in the Wildwood Northeast neighborhood.

Dr. Orscheln is an internist at Springfield Inpatient Physician in Springfield. He is also affiliated with Cox-Monett Hospital.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 2001.
