Pharmaceuticals account exec lists Wildwood 5BD

Hari P. Ravindranathan and his wife, Stacy, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 16338 Lakeshore Terrace Court in Wildwood for $450,000.

The Ravindranathans acquired the property in June 2007 for $428,000. The 3,624-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Fairhaven Estates subdivision. Dawn Krause of Keller Williams Southwest is the listing agent for the property.

Mr. Ravindranathan serves as a national account executive at Shire Pharmaceuticals, a UK-based specialty pharmaceuticals company.

He received his B.S. in psychology from St. Louis University in 1995.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 469 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
