Computer networking company president gets 4BD home

John and Teresa Roeckle bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 4609 Ambsdale Court in Concord CDP from Damon and Janet Andrew for $329,500 on Feb. 17.

The 2,917-square-foot house was built in 1994.

Mr. Roeckle is the president of Strategic Technology Group, a computer networking company in St. Louis. Prior to that post, he was the information technology director with the company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 230 home sales in Concord CDP for the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $159,900.
