Title company account manager, patent counsel sell 4BD home

Greg A. Finkelstein and Leana Levin sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1125 Edward Terrace in Richmond Heights to Jennifer A. Marriott and Timothy Sackson for $350,000 on Feb. 18.

Finkelstein paid $160,000 for the property in Feb. 2003. The 2,592-square-foot house was built in 1935 in the Richmond Heights North neighborhood.

Finkelstein is an account manager at First American Title. Prior to that, he served as the chief financial officer at Stern Fixture Co. and as a senior consultant at RubinBrown LLP.

He attended the University of Texas-Austin.

Levin is a patent counsel at Dentsply. Prior to that, she was an associate attorney at Oliff & Berridge, PLC.

She attended the St. Louis University School of Law.

Sackson is a portfolio manager at US Bank. Prior to that, he was a portfolio relationship manager and assistant relationship manager at Westpac, an assistant manager at ANZ, an associate at National Australia Bank and a capital service charge officer at London Borough of Camden.

He attended the University of Queensland and the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 154 home sales in Richmond Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $182,000.
