OB/GYN buys Brentwood 4BD

Dr. Daniel McNeive bought a four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 46 York Dr. in Brentwood from Jon and Marielise Watts for $860,000 on Feb. 18.

Mr. and Ms. Watts paid $950,000 for the property in June 2008. The 3,858-square-foot house was built in 1941 in the Brentwood West neighborhood.

Dr. McNeive is an OB/GYN at the St. John's Mercy Medical Group.

He earned his medical degree from the St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed his residency at St. John's Mercy Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 209 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $149,750.
