Richard Weiss and his wife, Sally Altman, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 72 Lake Forest Dr. in Richmond Heights for $849,000.
The 3,678-square-foot house was built in 1928 in the Richmond Heights North neighborhood. Rose Lynn Sokol of Prudential Alliance is the agent for the listing.
Ms. Altman co-founded WeissWrite, a company that offers writing, training and editing services to students, journalists and business professionals. She co-authored the books Forest Park: Jewel of St. Louis and Katrina Pet Tales and she is the health editor of the online journal, St. Louis Beacon. She formerly worked in the health care field for more than 30 years.
Mrs. Altman earned an M.P.H. from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Weiss is the co-founder of WeissWrite and an award-winning writer and editor. He formerly worked with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and was a faculty member with the Harvard University Neiman Narrative Program. He currently serves as editor for the St. Louis Beacon.
