Mark and Lynn Weikel have listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 9449 Caddyshack Cir. in Sunset Hills for $929,900.

Mark and Lynn Weikel bought the property for $1.15 million in June 2007. The 5,263-square-foot house in the Tapawingo subdivision was built in 2004 in the South of 255 neighborhood. Steven Breihan and Carolyn Malecek of Prudential Alliance is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Weikel is the chief operating officer of Lord & Taylor, a New York-based upscale specialty department store with stores in nine states and the District of Columbia. Prior to this, he served as the president and chief operating officer of Victoria's Secret and chairman at Foley's Department Stores.

He earned his degree from Indiana State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 104 home sales in Sunset Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $243,500.
