Tully paid $268,000 for the property in Sept. 2007. The 1,752-square-foot house was built in 1955 in the Kirkwood Southwest neighborhood.

Ms. Tully serves as the senior business leader of worldwide communications at MasterCard. Previously, she served as the vice president of investor relations and corporate communications for Symbol Technologies Inc.

She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 512 home sales in Kirkwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
