Flutist sells 4BD in Ballwin North

Lisa S. DiTiberio sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 624 Spring Meadows Dr. in Ballwin to Matthew Van Slyke and Amy Van Slyke for $253,000 on March 22.

The 2,419-square-foot house was built in 1968 at Oak Tree Farm in Ballwin North.

Ms. DiTiberio is a flute teacher with the New World Music Academy in Pleasanton, Calif. She has performed with the St. Louis Symphony and was principal flutist with the St. Louis Philharmonic.

She has also taught at Lindenwood University, St. Charles Community College and University of Missouri St. Louis.

She received her bachelor's from Michigan State University and obtained her master's from Northwestern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 401 home sales in Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
