Calvin and Janet Kretsinger sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1720 Faith Court in Unincorporated Fenton to Brian and Christine Knobbe for $254,900 on March 29.

The Kretsingers paid $197,000 for the property in Dec. 2001. The 2,366-square-foot house was built in 1987.

Mr. Kretsinger is a general executive of fleet fueling services at Ameren Energy Fuels and Services, a provider of fuel and energy-related products and services. Prior to that, he was Ameren's fleet administrator.

He earned his bachelor's degree in marketing and psychology at Columbia College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 202 home sales in Unincorporated Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $180,000.
