Magazine account executive buys in Brentwood

Piers L. Pritchard and Brigid D. Pritchard bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 9384 White Ave. in Brentwood from Rebecca B. Day and Clifford Day, III, for $360,000 on April 7.

The 1,662-square-foot house was built in 1959 in the Brentwood West neighborhood. It is located in the Parkridge subdivision.

Ms. Pritchard serves as account executive at ALIVE magazine. She previously was an account executive with Clear Channel Radio and the Walt Disney Co.

She holds a B.A. in telecommunications and marketing from Indiana University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 235 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,500.
