Psychiatrist lists 4BD home in Fenton

Dr. Nader F. Wassef and Katarzyna Wassef have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1286 Fenton Meadows Court in Fenton for $424,900.

The Wassefs acquired the house for $437,135 in Feb. 2004. The 3,662-square-foot house in the Fenton Meadows subdivision was built in 2003. Sue Martin of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the house.

Dr. Wassef is a psychiatrist in St. Louis. He is affiliated with Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center.

He completed medical school at the University of Cairo and served his residency at the St. Louis University School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35 sales in Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,000.
