Elizabeth and Richard Nix have listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 35 Huntleigh Woods Dr. in Huntleigh for $2.799 million.

The Nixs acquired the house in the Huntleigh Woods subdivision for $1.8 million in June 2002. The 7,265-square-foot house is in the Huntleigh West neighborhood. Holly Bry of Gladys Manion Real Estate is the listing agent for the house.

Mr. Nix serves as the president of Butler's Pantry.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been nine sales in Huntleigh during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1,198,000.
