Patricia Fagin and her husband, Timothy, sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1278 Autumn Wood Circle in Unincorporated Ballwin to John K. and Judith A. Roach for $299,900 on April 20.
The Fagins bought the property for $305,000 in Aug. 2004. The 2,411-square-foot house was built in 1973 in the Fox Creek Estates subdivision.
Ms. Fagin is head of school at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart, a Roman Catholic school for girls in Princeton, New Jersey. She formerly was principal of Villa Duchesne High School in St. Louis.
She holds a B.A. from Fontbonne College, an M.A. in media communications from Webster University and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Mr. Fagin has served as director of the service strategic business unit at Tech Electronics in St. Louis.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 58 home sales in Unincorporated Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
