Heidi Golz and her husband, Nathan, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1118 Fourth St. in Crestwood for $364,900.

The Golzes paid $362,000 for the property in May 2005.

The 2,669-square-foot home was built in 1997 in the Crestwood Northeast neighborhood.  It is located in the Clover Hill Estates subdivision. Diane Denny of Prudential Select Properties is the listing agent.

Ms. Golz is an associate at the St. Louis law firm of Lewis, Rice and Fingersh. She concentrates her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions. She holds a law degree from St. Louis University and a B.A. from Augustana College.

Mr. Golz has been a commodity researcher at Wachovia Securities in St. Louis.
