Stephen R. Beluk, Jr., and Carla S. Beluk have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 555 Claymont Place Drive in Ballwin for $544,900.

The Beluks bought the property for $478,655 in the Ballwin North neighborhood in Sept. 2000. The 3,105-square-foot house was built in 2000 in the Claymont of Ballwin subdivision. Bob Darragh of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Mr. Beluk is the vice chairman of internal audit services at Rubin, Brown, Gornstein & Co. LLP, an accounting and business consulting firm. Before he joined the firm in 2002, he spent 10 years at Anheuser-Busch as a general auditor.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 416 home sales in Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $188,750.
