BAE Systems security engineer gets 4BD in Fenton

Autumn and Jeffrey Moxley bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1429 Hawkins Meadow Dr. in the Unincorporated Fenton from Sara and Robert Brazzle for $362,000 on April 27.

The Brazzles acquired the property for $387,000 in July 2007. The 3,514-square-foot house was built in 2001. It is located in the Hawkins Meadow subdivision.

Ms. Moxley has been a security engineer at BAE Systems, a defense, security and aerospace company headquartered in London.

Ms. Brazzle has served as a manager of custom development at Riverside Publishing, which gives professional assessment on products and services. She has also served as a manager of custom development, project and project supervision at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt.

She attended Webster University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 212 home sales in Unincorporated Fenton during the past 12 months, with a median price of $182,000.
