Joseph F. Grasso, Jr., and Susannah C. Grasso have listed for sale an eight-bedroom, five-bath home at 406 Hawthorne Ave. in Webster Groves for $1.399 million.

The Grassos acquired the property for $940,000 in April 1999.

Ms. Grasso has been special projects administrator at the Washington University School of Medicine. She previously was the school's assistant business manager.
