Tracie Gildehaus and James W. Gildehaus sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 9802 Tesson Ferry Road in Affton CDP to Heath A. Peters and Kari L. Peters for $262,000 on May 3.

The 1,739-square-foot house in the Affton South neighborhood was built in 1938.

Ms. Gildehaus has been head of portal and business applications at Scottrade, an online investment firm in St. Louis.

She holds a B.A. in communication from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 382 home sales in Affton CDP during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,000.
