Rick J. Ottolino has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 1111 Yale Ave. in Richmond Heights for $559,000.

Ottolino acquired the property for $583,000 in Aug. 2008. The 2,720-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Richmond Heights North. It is located in South Forest Park Hills subdivision.

Gina Bundy of Gladys Manion Inc. is the listing agent for the home.

Ottolino is the managing principal at Ottolino Winters Huebner, located in St. Louis, which offers interior architectural planning and services. He has been an architect for 15 years. He was the recipient of the City of St. Louis 1990 Urban Design Achievement Award and the 1992 Modern Healthcare Design Award.
