Former Blue Lee Stempniak sells Clayton 4BD for $1.15M

Medium dc4c6a0f65f54a3116452f598753e7fe Lee Stempniak sold a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 123 Topton Way in Clayton to Drive Andrzej M. Krezel and Liliana S. Krezel for $1.15 million on May 19.

Stempniak paid $1.38 million for the 3,824-square-foot property in Sept. 2007. It was built in 2006 in West of Hanley Road. It is located in the Clayton Gardens subdivision.

Stempniak is a winger with the Phoenix Coyotes. During his five year career he has also played with the Toronto Maple Leafs and St. Louis Blues.

A fifth-round pick in the 2003 NHL Draft, he has 96 goals and 113 assists in his career. He scored a career-high 28 goals last season, which he split between the Coyotes and Maple Leafs.

He played college hockey at Dartmouth College.

Dr. Krezel is a research assistant professor of biochemistry and molecular biophysics at the Washington University School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 205 home sales in Clayton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $456,500.
