Michael and Laura Essex have listed for sale a five-bedroom, seven-bath home at 1410 Country Lake Estates Drive in Chesterfield for $1.35 million.

The Essexes acquired the property in the Country Lake Estates subdivision for $1.212 million in Sept. 2008. The 5,930-square-foot house was built in 1997 in South of 64. Margie Medelberg of Prudential Alliance is the listing agent.

Mr. Essex has been a senior vice president at AG Edwards. He has also been a member of the board of directors of the company and served as the co-chair of the Securities Industry Association Syndicate Committee.
