Gene Ivnik and his wife, Mary, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 616 Thorntree Lane in Eureka for $449,500.

The couple paid $372,000 for the property in Dec. 2002. The 4,475-square-foot house was built in 1994 in Eureka South. It is located in the The Legends subdivision.

Housepad Realtors is the listing agency for the home.

Ivnik is president of Aerofil Technology Inc., a filling pressure containers and packaging services company.

He attended Purdue University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 186 home sales in Eureka during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $199,900.
