Mark E. Kurtz and his wife, Lorraine, have listed for sale a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 9144 White Ave. in Brentwood for $680,000.

The 2,483-square-foot house was built in 1954 in Brentwood West.

Karen Hoemeke of The Hoemeke Group and Coldwell Banker Premier Group is the listing agent for the home.

Kurtz is vice president at DCM Management Inc., a real estate development and management firm. He was mayor of Brentwood for eight years. He is a member of the Planning and Zoning committee for Brentwood City in Missouri.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 240 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,500.
