Gregg A. Backemeyer sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 853 Arlington Glen Drive in Fenton (unincorporated) to David M. Hood and his wife, Cynthia, for $300,000 on June 8.
Backemeyer paid $263,500 for the property in Dec. 2002. The 2,578-square-foot house was built in 1994 in the Arlington Glen subdivision.
Backemeyer is the director of client development at Adams Harris, a professional services firm specializing in internal audit, accounting and finance, corporate tax, and technology audit, process and controls. He was a business and development manager with Jefferson Wells.
He holds an M.B.A. in finance from the Ball State University College of Business and earned his B.S. in marketing from the Ball State University College of Business. He completed an executive development program at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 218 home sales in Fenton (unincorporated) during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $181,000.
