Jeffrey and Mary Zuke have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 42 Middlesex Drive in Brentwood for $499,900.

The Zukes paid $569,000 for the property in the York Village Woodlands subdivision in March 2003. The 3,008-square-foot home was built in 1955 in Brentwood West. Steven Mathes of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Zuke is a surgeon at the Suburban Surgical Associates and the Missouri Baptist Medical Center.

He received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completed his residency at the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 228 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,000.
