The estate of Ernest Tino Trova, Jr., has listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 6 Layton Terrace in Richmond Heights for $489,000.
The 3,910-square-foot house was built in 1936 in Richmond Heights North. Linda Benoist of Janet McAfee Real Estate is the listing agent for the property.
Trova was a self-trained American surrealist, pop art painter and sculptor. He was best known for his signature image and figure series, "The Falling Man." Prior to becoming an artist, he was a window dresser for a department store.
He died in March 2009, at the age 82.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 141 home sales in Richmond Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $193,000.
