Kiva Gippo and his wife, Melissa, have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 101 Parkland Ave. in Glendale for $359,900.

The Gippos paid $260,000 for the property in Nov. 2003. The 1,386-square-foot home in Glendale South was built in 1926. It is located in the Bonita Park subdivision.

Mr. Gippo has served as a project manager at AR Nelson, a manufacturer of products for nursing homes and assisted living communities.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 78 home sales in Glendale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $264,000.
