Stein is the manager of business development at J.E. Wottowa & Associates Inc., a recruiting specialist firm for the casino gaming and hospitality industries, providing job placement and employee search services. He first joined the company in 1981 as senior recruiter. He was also the company's sales director and national accounts manager.
