Internationally known urogynecologist selling 4BD in Ballwin

Dr. John Miklos and wife, Lechien Kay Miklos have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 270 Arbor Trails Drive in Ballwin for $400,000.

The 3,022-square-foot house was built in 2003. Colona Sharon of St. Louis Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Dr. Miklos is an internationally recognized expert in laparoscopic, urogynecologic, and aesthetics reconstructive vaginal surgery. In 1995, he was named the director of urogynecology and reconstructive vaginal surgery at Atlanta Medical Center. He works with the Atlanta Center for Laparoscopic Urogynecology.

He received his B.S. from Juanita College in Huntington, Pennsylvania, and his M.D. from Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed his traditional four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After that he completed a two-year fellowship in urogynecology and reconstructive vaginal surgery in Cincinnati, Ohio.

He is the recipient of various nationally and internationally recognized awards, including the "Castle Connolly Top Doctor Award" for 6 consecutive years, America's "Best Doctors Award" for six consecutive years, the Consumer Research Council of America "America's Top Obstetrician Gynecologist Award," the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy "Jerome Hoffman Award" and the prestigious "Golden Laparoscope Award."

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 426 home sales in Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,000.
