Motor company exec selling Florissant home

Alan Crapo and his wife, Karen, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 16716 Jamestown Forest Drive in Unincorporated Florissant for $359,000.

The 3,118-square-foot home in Jamestown Forest was built in 1989. Dorothy Bausch of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Crapo is director of electrical development at Emerson Motor Co. in St. Louis. He previously was an engineer at Westinghouse.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 829 home sales in Unincorporated Florissant during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $107,000.
