PricewaterhouseCoopers principal buys Richmond Heights 5BD

Craig E. Gooch bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1048 S. Mcknight Road in Richmond Heights from Barman Development LLC for $1,100,000 on June 14.

The 5,084-square-foot house was built in 2008 in the McKnight Orchard subdivision.

Gooch is a principal in PwC's Health Industries Advisory Practice. He has over 23 years of consulting experience. Previously, he was the managing director of BearingPoint.

Gooch holds a B.S. in accounting. He is a member of Health Information and Management Systems Society and Healthcare Financial Management Association.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 149 home sales in Richmond Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $190,000.
