Fund manager spends $1.75M in Country Life Acres

Daniel J. and Susan C. Holmes bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 7 Country Life Acres St. in Country Life Acres from Lawrence E. Sidener II, and Valerie J. Sidener for $1.75 million on June 30.

The 8,329-square-foot house was built in 1990 in Town & Country South. The house is located in the Country Life Acres subdivision.

Holmes is a managing director, founding member and shareholder at Summit Strategies Group. He is a senior consultant and serves corporate, public and Taft-Hartley pension funds as well as endowment and hospital funds. He previously served as assistant prosecuting attorney in the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's office and was a staff attorney for Landmark Bancshares.

He earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and his degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
