Anesthesiologist acquires 3BD in Clarkson Valley

Michael J. Cuipa and Anthony E. Jones bought a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 2237 Ridgley Woods Drive in Clarkson Valley for $397,000 from James E. and Michele Barry on July 26.

The 3,208-square-foot house was built in 1946 in Clarkson Valley South. It is located in the Pleasant Valley Forest subdivision.

Dr. Cuipa specializes in internal medicine with a sub-specialty in critical care medicine and anesthesiology at DePaul Health Center. He has been in medical practice for 12 years.

He received his M.D. from the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 31 home sales in Clarkson Valley during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $536,5000.
