Wallcoverings company president, airport executive sell in Ballwin

Steven and Rhonda Niebruegge sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 621 Arbor Haven Drive in Ballwin to Mark and Romi Hansen for $380,000 on June 28.

The 2,713-square-foot home was built in 1989. Niebruegge is president of Textile Wallcoverings International Ltd., a distributor of wall coverings. He previously served as vice president of contract sales at Thybony Wallcoverings.

He holds a B.S. degree from Missouri State University. Ms. Niebruegge is director of airports at Lambert International Airport in St. Louis. She formerly worked at American Airlines as managing director for the St. Louis hub. She also served as vice president of North American operations at Trans World Airlines.

She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 439 home sales in Ballwin during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $195,000.
