Scott D. Nieberle and his wife, Melissa, bought a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 17 Yorkshire Lane Court in Brentwood from Ann Peters for $600,000 on July 8.
The 3,115-square-foot house was built in 1996 in Brentwood West. It is located in the Yorkshire Lane subdivision.
Nieberle is the sales and marketing vice president of Emerson Industrial Motors.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University and M.B.A. from Cornell University S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.
The Nieberles sold a four-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 107 Austin Place in Glendale for $609,000 on July 6.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 233 home sales in Brentwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $149,000.
